Please remember from the CC&R's that all changes to the outsides of homes must be preapproved by the architectural committee and the HOA board. You can send pictures, documentation about the replacement lights, and which which outside lights you want to change to the NAM or the board for possible approval. Warning: Putting up fixtures without prior approval may result in you having to remove the lights.

The following lights are pre-approved as replacements for existing outside brass lighting fixtures by the Palacio HOA board. You can add them to your home without going through the existing approval process. More light fixture options will be added in the future.

Here are some approved replacement front lights. These are from Seagull Lighting:

The first preapproved light fixture has 3 sockets and can be used with 40 watt bulbs, for a total of 120 watts of power. An example in the complex can be seen at 2070 Paseo Del Oro.

The second preapproved light fixture has 2 sockets and can be used with 40 watt bulbs, for a total of 80 watts of power. An example in the complex can be seen at 2029 Paseo Del Sol.

Here is one preapproved replacement for rear and side lights. It is also from Seagull Lighting:

This side and rear preapproved light fixture has 1 socket and can be used with 100 watt bulbs, for a total of 100 watts of power.
