Save this date for the 1st Annual Palacio Summer Event. The date: Wednesday, July 4, 2007, 12 noon, at the Pool Area; Free BBQ, music, swimming. This event is for Palacio residents ONLY. Please watch for future correspondence with more details.
If you are planning on installing a satellite dish, please submit your request to management who will then forward it to the Board of Directors for approval. Satellite dishes may not be installed without prior approval from the Board. Your request must include the location and the size of the dish and may be submitted via fax, email, website, or regular mail. Homeowners who install a dish in an unapproved location may be called to a hearing, fined, and required to relocate the dish at the owner's expense. To avoid unnecessary expenses, please have the location of your dish approved BEFORE installing it, Thank you!
Please remember that pets are not to urinate or defecate in the common area; if an accident occurs, please remove the waste promptly and make an effort to remove any associated odors. Pet waste should not be allowed to accumulate in the common area or your neighbor's front yard. (This includes cats, as owners that let their cats out are also responsible for policing the area and cleaning up any fecal matter.) Also, pets should be leashed while in the common area to help avoid pet accidents and for the safety of all residents. Please remember that pets are not allowed to be "curbed" inside the community or tied in the common area, including front yards. If an owner is witnessed to have allowed their pet to defecate in the common area or a neighbor's property, the cost for removal, etc. will be charged to your account. Allowing your pets to defecate and urinate in the common area will ultimately destroy the landscaping. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
Please be
considerate of your neighbor when parking on the street and leave room for them
to place their trash cans out on trash pickup days. Also, when parking
someone’s driveway, leave some room between the front and back of your vehicle
so that your may be able to back out of their garage without obstruction. Your cooperation will be appreciated by your
neighbor and the Board. Thank you.
Now that summer is fight around
the corner, it is time when most
homeowners think about doing some remodeling or otherwise make alterations to
their home. Please remember that before
doing any exterior remodeling/alterations, you must get approval from the Board
of Directors. Please Contact management if you have any questions.
If you have a concern or request, please make sure that you provide your phone number, so management can get back in touch with you. Thanks,
