Save this date for the 1st Annual Palacio Summer Event. The date: Wednesday, July 4, 2007, 12 noon, at the Pool Area; Free BBQ, music, swimming. This event is for Palacio residents ONLY. Please watch for future correspondence with more details.
There has been a noticeable increase in pool trespassers this season. In the event anyone witnesses someone hopping the fence or using the pool without permission, please call 3-1-1. If you notice vandalism, aggressive behavior, or any other malfeasance, please call 9-1-1 immediately. The San Jose Police Department has been put on notice and will respond to any calls from the Association. Please use the pool address (2061 Paseo Del Oro) when calling. Please help keep the pool accessible only to residents. Be aware of anyone trying to piggyback" in when you open the pool gate. Make sure that the gate closes securely behind you. If the gate is not closing properly, please report it to management as soon as possible so it can be repaired. Also remember that if you have guests that want to use the pool, you must accompany them. Refer to the pool rules that were sent previously for the number of guests permitted per household. Your cooperation will be appreciated by your neighbors.
Trash cans are to be brought out only the evening before trash pick up and are to be removed the day of pickup. Cans are to be put either in your garage or behind your fence. Please make sure that your cans are not visible to the street or other neighbors.
Please contact management if you observe any lights in the common area or outside of your unit that are off and not functioning. Management will alert the maintenance company to replace the bulbs if needed at their earliest convenience. Since the maintenance company usually comes out during the day, please be specific of the location of the burned out lights.

The next meeting will be held on Monday, August 13, 2007, at 6:30 p.m. at the pool. Please call management for confirmation. All homeowners are encouraged to attend the quarterly Board meetings. If you are unable to attend the meeting but have something that you would like the Board to discuss, please call or e-mail management, so we can include it on the agenda. Also, if you are interested in running for the board, please contact management for more information
