January
2008
Effective January 1, 2008, the monthly
dues will be $190.00 (the painting assessment will remain at $34.00). Remember that it is your responsibility to
notify your bank of the amount if you are on bill payment through your
bank. If the correct amount is not taken
from your account, you may incur late fees.
If you
have auto-deduct through the First Bank, The Association will take care of this
for you. The Association's bank is
offering owners the option of having their monthly assessments deducted
directly from their checking accounts at no additional charge. If you
would like to take advantage of this, please contact management for an
application.
If you are interested in joining a
Neighborhood Watch program, please contact management. We are in the process of discussing this with
your local police department. They will be willing to meet with the homeowners
to discuss ways in which to make your home and community safer. Please watch for future announcements
regarding this important program.
The next phase of the painting
project is set to begin in the Spring of 2008. There
are 11 homes that will be scheduled during this phase. Please watch for future announcements
regarding the schedule.
Once the holidays are over, please
remember to remove your exterior holiday decorations. Your cooperation will be
appreciated. Thank you.
Please remember that vehicle repairs
in the driveway, vehicle storage, and/or inoperable vehicles are not allowed in
the community, nothing should be stored in the driveway or next to the garage.
Trash cans must not be stored in
front of the garage or on the side. These must be kept behind the fence or in
the garage.
The next meeting is scheduled for Monday, January 14, 2007, at 6:30 PM, at 2174 Paseo Del Oro. Please call management for confirmation. All homeowners are encouraged to attend the quarterly Board meetings. If you are unable to attend the meeting but have something that you would like the Board to discuss, please call or e-mail management, so we can include it on the agenda. Also, if you are interested in running for the board, please contact management for more information
