A Big Thank You!

The Board of Directors would like to extend a very big thank you to the following homeowners who played a huge part in decorating the front of the community this past holiday season:

To Haro and Amy Bayandorian for installing the lights; Tom Ellis for putting of the beautiful wreath and to Laveda Ellis for all the planning, purchasing of the decorations and overseeing the decorating.

Many residents have commented that the decorations were beautiful.

Again, a big thank you to the people who made it happen.  The Board appreciates all your efforts in continuing to make a difference in our community.

Holiday Decorations

Now that the holiday season is over, please remember to remove your exterior holiday decorations.  Your cooperation is appreciated.  Thank you!

Trash Cans

Trash cans are to be brought out only the evening before trash pick up and are to be removed the day of pickup.  Cans are to be put either in your garage or behind your fence.  Please make sure that your cans are not visible to the street or other neighbors.

Maintenance

Please report any Association maintenance matters to management (i.e., street light out, gate broken, etc.)  Management will contact the vendor and have this taken care of.  If you call regarding a light out, please get the number on the light pole.  The maintenance crew comes during the day and need this number to make sure that the correct light is changed and/or repaired.

Parking

Please remember that parking in the red marked Fire Lane is illegal and your vehicle may be subject to immediate towing.  You may park in your garage or driveway, as well as in designated parking spaces.  Please be considerate of your neighbors and do not block their driveway.  Please do not park on a corner or within 6 feet of a corner as this obstructs a driver’s vision when making the turn.  You may also be held liable if your vehicle is parked on a corner and there is an accident.  Vehicles that are illegally parked will be ticketed and/or towed.  If you are not sure of the parking rules, please refer to the 2006 Disclosures, Policies, and Procedures that were mailed in November of last year, or contact management.

Next Board Meeting

The Board typically meets the third Monday of every other month. Both a notice of the exact, time and location of the Board meeting and the meeting agenda will be posted in the pool area at least four days before the meeting. Please call management for confirmation. All homeowners are encouraged to attend the quarterly Board meetings.   If you are unable to attend the meeting but have  something that you would like the Board to discuss, please call or e-mail management, so we can include it on the  agenda.   Also, if you are interested in running for the Board, please contact management for more information.
