Trash Cans

Trash cans are to be brought out only the evening before trash pick up and are to be removed the day of pickup. Cans are to be put either in your garage or behind your fence. Please make sure that your cans are not visible to the street or other neighbors.

Neighborhood Watch

If you are interested in joining a Neighborhood Watch program, please contact management.  We are in the process of discussing this with your local police department. They will be willing to meet with the homeowners to discuss ways in which to make your home and community safer.  Please watch for future announcements regarding this important program.

Painting Project

Notices have been sent to the 11 homes that are scheduled to have their homes painted this year. Please remember to have your siding and trim inspected for any wood damage and have it repaired before painting begins. The painters will not paint over wood damage. The painting will be scheduled to begin around April/May.  Please watch for future correspondence regarding the actual painting schedule.

Kid Zone Park

Camden Community Center is planning to construct a Kid Zone Park along the back wall of Palacio. Please refer to the enclosed information sheet and map.  The Board is encouraging as many members of the community as possible to attend the upcoming meeting since this will have an impact on the community.

Parking

Please remember that parking in the red marked Fire Lane is illegal and your vehicle may be subject to immediate towing.  You may park in your garage or driveway, as well as in designated parking spaces.  Please be considerate of your neighbors and do not block their driveway.  Please do not park on a corner or within 6 feet of a corner as this obstructs a driver's vision when making the turn. You may also be held liable if your vehicle is parked on a corner and there is an accident.  Vehicles that are illegally parked will be ticketed and/or towed. If you are not sure of the parking rules, please refer to the 2006 Disclosures, Policies, and Procedures that were  mailed  in November of last year, or contact management.

Next Board Meeting

The Board typically meets on the second Monday of every other month.  Both a notice of the actual date, time, and location of the Board meeting and the meeting agenda will be posted in the common area  at least four days before the meeting.  All homeowners are encouraged to attend the quarterly Board meetings. If you are unable to attend  the  meeting  but  have something that you would like the Board to discuss, please call or e-mail management, so we can include it on the  agenda.    Also, if you are interested in running for the Board please contact management for more information.
