Trash Cans

Trash cans are to be brought out only the evening before trash pick up and are to be removed the day of pickup. Cans are to be put either in your garage or behind your fence. Please make sure that your cans are not visible to the street or other neighbors.

Neighborhood Watch

If you are interested in joining a Neighborhood Watch program, please contact management.  We are in the process of discussing this with your local police department. They will be willing to meet with the homeowners to discuss ways in which to make your home and community safer.  Please watch for future announcements regarding this important program.

Wood Decks

If you have a wood deck in your backyard, we encourage you to check it for rodents (rats).  As you are probably aware, rats have been spotted around the community and the pest control can not pin point where they are coming from, however they suggest that many rats live in wood decks and it would be a good idea to have yours checked. Better safe than sorry!

Food Left Outside

Please do not keep food outside, this can and will invite those unwanted pests, including ants, rats, and any other rodents. Rodents are very hard to get rid of when they come around. Keep the children in the community in mind when you leave food outside. They can get sick if they come in contact with any rodents, you never know what they could be carrying. Always think health and safety first, especially when it comes to the children!

Pool Opening

The pool will  be opened on Saturday, April 5, 2008 for the summer season. With the opening of the pool, comes the potential for vandalism and unwanted guests. Please do not hesitate to contact your local police if you notice trespassers or any vandalism.    Vandalism costs the Association (and you) extra expense. To report trespassers please call 3-1-1.
