Greetings Neighbors

We recently had a homeowner go on vacation and their home security alarm started sounding in error while they were away.  They did not leave a telephone number or contact with any of the neighbors or with Community Care Property Management.  The police came, but were powerless to do anything unless there are signs of a crime at the location.  Power cannot be disconnected from the house, as there may be issues as the result of doing so.

What do we want from you and why are we sending this notice to you?  This is a request for information from you before going on your next vacation.  Please give your neighbors or CCPM the name and telephone number of the person to contact in case of an emergency.  This person should be able to turn off the alarm of your home (If you have an alarm).  Thanks.
